In 2024, the revenue of property development was RMB 100.8 billion, with residential projects accounting for 88% and commercial office and other projects accounting for 12%. Longfor Group has established a comprehensive quality management system. As of the end of 2024, 24 property management subsidiaries had passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification,with a coverage rate of 40%.
Longfor Group closely aligns with national policies and takes an active role in the development of affordable housing to better meet the housing needs of low-income groups, helping new urban residents, young people, and migrant workers secure stable living conditions. From 2023 to 2025, Longfor Group has a total of six relocation/resettlement housing projects (affordable residential properties), comprising 26 buildings with a total floor area of approximately 430,000 square meters. For example, the Putian C&D·Longfor Culture Manor (Zone B) project includes 10 high-rise residential buildings with a total floor area of about 250,000 square meters, providing affordable housing for 1,760 households.

- Longfor Group adheres to pertinent laws and regulations, such as the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China. We have implemented a supplier lifecycle management system encompassing supplier entry, evaluation, grading, risk management, and exit procedures. Simultaneously, we prioritize the quality standards of supplier products and conduct annual assessments of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. Furthermore, we strictly adhere to ethical procurement practices by signing Agreement on Integrity in Cooperation with all suppliers, including contractors.
